This service really let us down. When we hired them in the late summer, they came out and did a fabulous job repairing the poor job that had been done by the prior service - they were professional and seemed to be very capable. During the first several months we were very satisfied with the service, and the owner was very responsive by personally addressing a complaint from our neighbor. Our 12 month contract included keeping weeds out, blowing our concrete and deck spaces off and mowing the very small piece of lawn that we have. In February - we had two pods put into our driveway and street area. We knew it made it difficult to work around in part of our yard and so became a little lax in our expectations. However, it seemed from that point on the guy the owner sent out just stopped doing much of anything; he would show up and spend 10-15 minutes. I had random weeds that were over a foot high in areas that were very easy to access and seveal of our plants died; he never checked the sprinkler system. When I called to talk about this, the owner would not talk to me. I left several messages which were ignored. So much for trying to be nice. I called several times; as I did not think I should have to pay for work that was not being done, at least once I put them on notice. In all - I paid them for several months where no work was done at all - because my husband was ill and it was easier to pay them then it was to argue. I have photographs to support my claim - I just didn't have the time or energy to fight this at the time. In all - I think I received about 2/3 of the service I paid for. We have been using Landscape Innovations for about eight months now and are really impressed with the attention to detail. Haven't had a weed yet. This service always does more than you expect.

We used this company based on a recommendation from a family member. We didn't get any other bids. Company representative Scott was very nice, returned calls promptly and got us an estimate quickly. Work was scheduled within a week of our request (weeds were sprayed first and then removed a few days later). Scott came out the day of the work to verify what we wanted done. They had another job in the morning and arrived several hours later than they had told us (this didn't inconvenience me much). The work was done quickly and effectively once they arrived. The guys were nice and professional. Seems a bit expensive but the cost was exactly what was estimated for us.

THESE GUYS ARE REALLY NICE AND DO WHATEVER THEY ARE ASKED TO DO WITHIN AN ACCEPTABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. I HAVE HAD THEM TRIM ROSES, SPRAY FOR APHIDS, THROW DOWN BARK DUST AND OTHER ODDS AND ENDS. ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND SATISFACTORILY.
