They brothers that run this place have always been very friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help and concerned with the quality of their work and our satisfaction with it. The quality of the prints was always good and the work was done on time. I brought a camera to them for minor repairs and they referred me to another shop, but then followed up and made sure the work was done right (they even reimbursed me for a charge that shouldn't have happened even though the other store charged it!). They advised me when I was shopping for a digital camera and made sure I got a good memory card for a good price (better than the store where I bought the camera). Recently my 8-yr-old daughter submitted some film from camp and it turns out she'd unloaded it incorrectly and all the photos were ruined. Justin was really apologetic when he saw how upset she was- even though it wasn't his fault. Their photo calendars are better and cheaper than other companies' and they take the time to help frame them when the original print isn't quite right.
