I've been going there for years. Always attentive, knowledgable, and friendly. Seems as if an employee is just waiting to help as you walk through the door. High marks all around for these guys.

While there selection is somewhat limited, I'm always impressed by what I can find. Very helpful staff but they don't hover. Prices are somewhat reasonable and while they may be higher than big box stores, what I save in time and gas ends up making up for it! They are welcoming of questions about a project you might be working on. They even offer helpful unsolicited advice. I was doing a painting job and ran out of primer. I went to buy a can and when I was checking out the sales clerk made sure I understood it was primer and not just regular paint. He was very respectful and didn't phrase it in such a way that made me think he thought I didn't know what I was doing. The cans look super alike and I'm sure people make the mistake all the time so I thought it was really nice of him to ask.

The staff is very good. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to go there in the future.

Everyone in this friendly neighborhood store really goes the extra mile to be helpful and answer questions. (especially from novices) They take the time to listen and help you locate items on the shelves. It is a great neighborhood resource and I prefer to spend my money locally rather than the bigger chain hardware stores. They are always very welcoming to children in their store too!

It's really worth spending a few extra bucks at independently owned hardware stores. The amount of knowledge these people have and are willing to share is worth far more then the slightly higher prices. Plus they save you time, you can be in and out in 10 minutes, unlike big box stores.

FRIENDLY, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICES. I'D MUCH RATHER SUPPORT A SMALL, FAMILY-TYPE BUSINESS LIKE THIS, THAN HOME DEPOT. FOR THE SMALL, STANDARD ITEMS WE'VE NEEDED, THEIR STOCK IS JUST AS GOOD.
