Abe's Power Wash was the best experience I could have hoped for. He was on time to provide me an estimate of the services and his bid was $675. I received three other bids that ranged from $650 to $1,500. He cleaned my roof on the day he told me he would and the moss is now gone. He did an excellent job of cleaning up around the perimeter of my house.
Abe is straight forward with his services and did not try to sell me anything I did not ask for or want. I will use Abe again in the future.

I called his number and he was able to meet me at the house the same day to look over the job. That was on a Monday. He was able to perform the work that same week and although I wasn't home at the time he let me leave the payment under my doormat the next day for him to swing by and pick up.

The phone book ad for this company says it does repairs, so when the owner came out to give us the estimate, we showed him a couple of aging planks we wanted replaced. He noted these, but focused much more on selling a roof cleaning (we have a lot of tree droppings) along with the deck cleaning. This would have nearly doubled the price; we thought it over, but declined knowing we'll likely be re-roofing in the next year or two anyway. We understood that the lattice work on the deck railings would not withstand powerwashing, but were disappointed that the tops of the rails and stairway 2x6 planks were not cleaned on both sides. The cleaning and subsequent sealing a few days later were serviceable. It rained a few days later, and it was reassuring to see the water bead up rather than soak in!
