They cracked the concrete in my driveway and they won't respond to my phone calls. I called corporate and they said they would call me back and they never did. The sales person gave me a card and they said they would fix it, and they didn't come to fix it. Bryan Ott was the sales person who came to my house and who is in Portland. Then I called the corporate office in Minneapolis and I spoke to Janice Douglas who promised that they would call me back and they didn't. The company that did the roof was Timber Creek and they moved to Salem and the owner there is Ernesto Pelayo and they never returned my phone call either and did not respond to the sheriff's department who tried to serve them and they never accepted the claim or the summons. There is about $1600.00 worth of concrete damage.

My experience with them was great. I would give them superior ratings. I found their price reasonable. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.
