ABC LOCK & SAFE

Jack was great-he was professional, but also very personable. One of my locks he recommended getting a passage door knob vs. a locked on-and also recommended that I could do it myself for much cheaper than what he would charge. Overall, wouldn't hesitate to call him for any lock issues I may have.

Jack arrived 15 minutes early. I showed him what needed to be done, and he did it. I then showed him a problem with the front door latch. He diagnosed the problem, and went to get a replacement part and fixed the latch.

Changed locks on 3 doors, provided 6 keys (and would have provided more if needed) included in the price. I even requested locks with a "do not duplicate" imprint and he got them for me and brought them over the next day. When asked to show his identification, he did so easily. The estimate was slightly higher because 2 of my locks were "double" locks, but after calling around and it was a standard up charge. Overall, I would use him again, he was quick, showed up when he said he would and got out quickly. What more do you need?

Excellent! I called, described the problem to Jack who was courteous and professional. Three hours later he arrived and fixed the problem within ten minutes. He then billed me less than the company's usual minimum charge because my house was so close and the job completed so quickly.

He arrived within 24 hours, and did the job within an hour, fixed/serviced old locks that were not operating well and left us with only good things to say!

ABC was very responsive. They came out to our house within a day or two of our call. Their quoted price was lower than others I checked with. They were very professional and arrived when they said they would. They completed the work very quickly and provided as many keys as we requested at no additional charge.
