I had an unfortunate situation of carpenter ants. A&A Pest Control was fantastic. Danielle came over to provide a free consultation, confirmed it was in fact carpenter ants, and explained treatment. Out of several pest control bids, A&A was the most reasonably priced, offered a one-year warranty and accommodating on timing to treat the ants. During treatment, Danielle explained exactly what she was doing and why, and what to expect over the course of the following two weeks - you can tell she loves her job! The treatment was thorough and effective! Their customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful.
