A TOUCH OF DESIGN

It was difficult to look at fabric swatches and place an order based on the designer's recommendations  This provider's approach is is really catalog sales because you don't actually see or sit on any of the furniture beforehand. Unfortunately, our concerns were confirmed when the oddly-mismatched, surprisingly medium-grade furniture arrived.   Friendly in-home, personable and warm service, but for the price we paid, it would have been better to buy full retail from a showroom where you can sit on the furniture before deciding.  Unfortunately, as a result, we are having to make corrections and would not work with this provider again.

We enjoyed working with Joyce on our Master bathroom and Master bedroom remodel, just as we have on all the redecorating projects she has helped us with. We are very pleased with everything she helped us pick out and she came well within our budget. My sister exclaimed that our bathroom looks just like one you would see at an expensive spa. We couldn't be more pleased.

Would you want to pay to have a "professional" give you recommendations that had little to do with your tastes, budget, or interests? Would you like to pay significantly more for products such as flooring or window treatments than you can get elsewhere? If you do, call Joyce. My experience with this designer was a waste of money. I have since gone out and got the projects done at much, much less price and with things I really like! Red flag is when a designer only provides info on one product and you have no choices. Spend less time telling me about you and more time listening to me. Not to mention two cancelled appointments. I got absolutely no workable ideas or work completed from my consultations.
