A-QUEST CONCRETE & CONSTRUCTION

Chris was great about setting expectations regarding his availability. Once we agreed to work with A -Quest, it was about three weeks before he was able to begin. The work that he did was excellent. When he left each day he either swept or hosed down the area that he was working. His attention to details was terrific -- the edges and design elements added a nice touch to the work. He also was patient and friendly to our extra big dog -- that could sometimes get in the way. Chris sealed the new concrete pads and then sealed the surrounding area for no additional charge. This is an example of his work ethic and his craftsman's approach. We plan to have him back for additional work this summer!

The job went very well. We got the initial quote for the project in 2005 but it took us more than a year to save up money to get the job done. I was pleased that the initial quote didn't change much even though a year had gone by. I was impressed with Chris' creativity and he gave me some great ideas on colors and stamps that I had not considered. As for getting the job done, I was impressed with the care and speed at which Chris and his crew operated. Concrete work is inherently messy and each day they did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. When the job was complete, they were very conscientious about leaving our backyard as clean as they had found it. Following completion of the job, they sealed the patio and stairs beautifully and we've been enjoying them ever since. We feel very lucky to have chosen Chris because he is a true craftsman who takes a lot of pride in his work. The final result are concrete steps and a patio which we'll enjoy for decades to come.
