The office staff is helpful, friendly, and replied to calls and emails quickly. The supervisor is on top of everything and keeps the crew moving efficiently. They made great suggestions on organizing items that we were stumped on. Our project was overwhelming because we had been surrounded by the chaos for years. They brought a fresh eye and strong backs which helped us finally get it done. When they did deep cleans, we weren't there because our input wasn't needed. We just downloaded the cleaning checklist from their web site and highlighted the services we wanted each time, gave them a time limit that fit our budget and left it with the supervisor. They did what we asked within the time limit and one time called to ask permission for an extra half-hour to finish cleaning behind our appliances! They even took a credit card for payment. We had not planned on using cleaners after this project, but we were so happy with them we decided to budget for at least one deep clean each month.
