A CLEAN HOUSE

Great! Michelle and Linda arrived on time, went to work, and when they left, the place sparkled. They are coming regularly now and we look forward to seeing them every other week.

Fantastic! Shalena(owner) came out and toured our home, asked questions, and wrote down what needed to be done and what it would cost. When the two ladies(Linda and Michelle) arrived, they had a printed contract listing everything we had discussed, and it was very specific and well organized. Michelle and Linda reviewed the list with us, then went to work. They were both very personable, efficient, and asked questions as needed. We were extremely pleased with them, their work, and their professionalism. We have had them back twice now and are going with every other week. I can't say enough good things about the company and their employees.

I found this company on this list and chose it as one of several I wanted to try out since my current house cleaners (also on Angie's list) which I absolutely love will be closing up shop. I emailed to set up an appointment and after several days went by and I didn't get a response, I decided to call. I spoke to Mary and she was very professional and we set up an appointment. While on the phone with her, she asked me to provide a credit card number for a $100 deposit for the first cleaning which I thought was rather onerous, but since they got such good reviews, I thought it would be okay. The person who came to clean was on time and very professional and before she started, I had to sign an agreement and pay the remaining $50 balance. They requested that I provide a list of my cleaning priorities and preferences which I did. I have a 2000 sq ft home with two dogs and a toddler so vacuuming and straightening up are key. The job done was okay, one job I requested was missed (vacuuming and mopping a back hallway). However, the cleaning job was definitely not up to my former cleaner's standards or performance and was $50 more expensive. I decided not to hire for routine cleaning.

They payed close attention to detail and overall did an excellant job.

They are very good at what they do and they are there when they say they will be. I would highly recommend using them and I am still using them right now.
