A Plus did two projects for us in a timely and satisfactory manner and THEN....
The subsequent two projects caused us to completely lose the trust of our client due to the following:
A TOTAL mess. This company repeatedly promised delivery dates that were not met.
When the items were FINALLY delivered the workmanship was so bad and totally unacceptable that many pieces had to be remade or repaired by another upholsterer.
Seams were crooked, fabric was loose, pieces assembled in a shoddy and sloppy manner. Everything looked like someone who knew nothing at all of upholstery had done them. Lumps and bumps, wrinkling, anything you don't want in upholstery, you've got it.
In addition, there is no "shop" and we were never allowed to view pieces that were supposedly "almost finished".
The lack of communication in addition to the appalling lack of standards in work added up to a massive embarrassment for us that has cost us reputation as well as thousands of dollars as we have had to cover the cost of all "redo's".
We would NOT recommend this company to anyone with a timeline or quality standards.
Perhaps they do a good job recovering old booths but our experience has been more than difficult.
