The job was quick, efficient, and finished on time. The qualified professional came in and replaced the entire faucet. It sometimes gets loose on the pull out hose part, which makes me believe that maybe the faucet is not of top quality since it started doing that a few months after being replaces, but my warranty no longer covers it. All in all they did a pretty good job. Thank you!

I tried calling a different plumber off of Angie's List but they were booked for weeks in advance. I looked at several others and decided to give this company a try. I did not regret my choice. Even after he was done with the job, I still would not want to deal with it. They offered no warranty because most of the plumbing was done by myself and I had supplied all of the parts (well almost all). I had no problem with their not offering a warranty. They are listed as 503 Plumber but they are actually Lovett Services. The truck has 503 Plumber and the employee wore a Lovett uniform. I did not consider this a negative.

The job was eventually completed and I am pretty well satisfied. However, they had to come by a second time to get the job done. They were completely unprepared when they first came to do the job. They had the wrong equipment or the equipment was failing or both. They did come back the next business day and completed the work. I did appreciate the attention and customer service given to me by the supervisor and was please that it was redone in a timely way.

Excellent work. Adam was there within the time frame they scheduled. He was friendly, professional and communicative. He walked through everything with me. He showed me the sewer video and unfortunately the hole in the sewer line. He had someone come out within two hours to give me a bid to replace the sewer. Everyone I talked to there was helpful and communicative.
