5 K Construction

Tony Kikes, the sole operator of 5K Construction, completed our remodel in a timely fashion. His price was transparent and reasonable, and he made every effort to make sure we were happy with the completed project. He is very experienced and creative, and helped us solve some thorny design problems. He allowed us to choose our own providers for cabinets, countertops, and flooring and he hired electricians, plumbers and drywallers. Tony was not deterred by our use of unfamiliar products, like suspended seating and cement tile, and did what was necessary to learn how to install them. He chose to employ specialists when the tasks did not suit him, such as work under the house and the new threshold installation. We were demanding clients with many special requests and he dealt with them in a humorous manner we appreciated.
