3 Brothers Yard Maintenance

They are Hispanic,  and David, it takes a really long tome for us to communicate, so a lot of times I call his son. John takes care of it. I'm sure some people have difficulties. I'm willing to put up with it because they're such a nice hardworking family. They're very reasonable. I've been with them for ever. They don't raise their prices. If the price goes up it's because I decide to pay them more. They're very professional, but they just have to really work with communicating, and some people don't even bother. They come every Tuesday, year round. The language barrier could be a little better. It's nice if they have one person on the work crew that speaks English.

I use 3 Brothers Yard Maintenance every work. They are good, they show up weekly come rain or sunshine. They are very responsive. I do not have a large yard and I guess the price would depend on the size of the yard. They come in clean, cut and they are done.

They are excellent. They are on time and do a good job. The price is also very reasonable.

Overall the work is perfectly good. The lawn has some weeds so it doesn't look perfect but the mowing and edging certainly help out. Periodically we have them do some pruning, clearing and weeding - maybe a couple times a year. They do a good job at this.The only nitpicking is that sometimes it takes a while to get a call-back from them.

We set up a schedule with them for the routine work, and they always show up on time and remove lawn clippings and brush. Their crews are polite and hard workers.

Brent Rooney, one of the 3 Brothers, arrived promptly. Brent was told house was going on "market"soon. We walked the property to discuss what needed to be completed while he took detailed notes. I received the a written bid before he left. Brent returned with his crew 5 days later and we re-walked the yard with his crew. Crew did job including picking up dog poop I had missed! Crew returned next day to finish. I was billed for work via US mail the 1st of August.

Went great. The estimate was completed within two hours of my call. The work was completed within another week or so. I was out of town during the work but, it was completed exactly as I had requested and everything was neat and clean when I returned.
