I got preliminary pricing info through the phone and then placed the order on their website (easy to do). A few days before they came, they called to confirm and ask if I had any questions about pricing or anything else. The haulers arrived within the time window promised, and they also called right before they showed up to let me know they were coming. When they saw my pile of junk, they gave me a good explanation of the price. I can't comment on whether the price was reasonable, because I have nothing to compare to. My regular garbage hauler would have taken away the sofa bed for much cheaper, but I had no way of getting it to the curb. In the end, though, I'm very happy with how easy it was to use 1-800-Got Junk.

I scheduled the appointment on-line and they sent a confirmation a few days before they were scheduled. We had furniture, outdoor grill, verious outdoor furnature, desks, a couch, sofa and refrigerator, and garage stuff we had collected over 12 years. The guys called and offered to come early on the day we were scheduled. They took appart the couch and chair anf filled the first truck. They scheduled a return appointment for the following day. They worked and cleaned up before they left sweeping the floors and making sure there wasn't any mess left. I was very pleased with the service and appreciated not having to go to the dump and finding people to take all that stuff.

I had used 1-800-GOT-JUNK? before. They are very reliable.

I am not sure how much I spent. The 2 guys that came out worked really hard. There wasn't anything that seemed too difficult for them to take care of. They worked long hours and it was after dark when they finished. They worked with lights we put out as we had outside things to clean out like the garage and under the back porch. They had a lot of truckloads to empty and then come back. They recycled material that could be recycled. I have recommended them to people because they worked so hard and I thought it was well worth the money I had to spend to get it done. It was a lot of money, but it was probably not out of line. It was more than I wanted.

I phoned for an est. and was told that it would cost around $120, but that the final est. would be given to me by the driver. When the fellows arrived (after a postponement, the day before; I had waited and they hadn't arrived) they looked at my things and told me that it would cost more than double the phone est. I agreed to go ahead though I wasn't happy with this "new" est. since it was so much higher than the phone ball-park fig. I suggested ways to load the truck so that it would take up less room ... they agreed. Job was done quickly, the guys were polite. No final walk-thru, tho, and no cleanup! There was dirt on a staircase and on my garage floor. In add'n there were a few items that had been overlooked - not their fault. Called the office to see if they could return for them (much later in the day a truck did return) and was offered a sincere apology over the phone for the lack of cleanup. Would not use this co. again since there are so many others around.

They did a good job and finished the large job in one day. They swept up afterwards, and asked when they had questions about what should go. They also had a 10% discount after the first load.

From the beginning, Sean and Ken were cheerful, polite, and professional. Sean arrived first (and right on time) explaining that they had a no-show for the work site and that the boss was en-route to fill in. I appreciated that they handled their own internal affairs and did not make it my problem. While we waited for Ken to arrive, Sean clearly explained what I should expect before the work started. After Ken's arrival, we confirmed what needed to be done, discussed and agreed on pricing, and they checked in with me regularly as they worked to ensure that my expectations/needs were being met. The quality of work was top notch and I am very pleased with the results. Ken and Sean cleaned up the areas by raking and sweeping as appropriate and the place looks great (almost as if the trash and brush had never been there. The work was also done quickly.

Disaster. The company promised to call me BEFORE the work commenced and they agreed to give me an estimate first. I was not at home at the time, but my husband was. I never received the call. They did show up on time (the only thing that went right) but that is where the professionalism stopped. The crew stayed for a total of 21 minutes and charged a whopping $348. I was floored when I came home and saw the bill. This would be understandable if a large load was removed, but there really was not that much. All that was removed was a small amount of wood, some tires, and some debris from the shed area. They did not sweep up, remove the leaves, or empty the trash cans that were in the shed area. I was very disappointed. I don't have a truck, so this is why I called these guys. I felt very taken advantage of.

They came early after calling to make sure it was OK, 2 young men came, introduced themselves and were very professional and polite. They checked with me about a few things before hauling them, and had me check each area after they finished to make sure they got everything. They even pointed out a few things I had missed putting in the piles. They loaded the truck in about 1 hour, swept the driveway (the attic and basement didn't need sweeping.) If you have a bunch of junk to get rid of, especially big stuff that you can't put in the regular trash, I would highly recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK. The part about not having to put everything in one place and not having to organize everything really helped me out. It seems a little expensive but I found it to be very well worth it.

This company gave me friendly service that was on time and very efficient. I recommend them completely.

I was moving and had many items of no value that I needed hauled away. This company was quite professional, showed up on time and took whatever I wanted them to take. The cost is a little high but the more you have hauled away the price becomes more reasonable. I sell real estate and highly recommend them for cleaning out estates. I'm not sure if they'll round up garbage throughout the home/garage as I had mine ready to go in the garage. They also swept up after they were done.
