Blown Away

only problem: original appt was not kept -- they were running late & did not call to cancel; i left message w/office to rebook & eventually had to call again as they did not respond. they kept the 2nd appt that was made, spent 3-4 hours pressure washing concrete & did an exceptional job of it. all areas cleaned exceeded expectation, crew was extremely professional & conscientious & courteous. i would definitely use their service again, hopefully w/o any booking glitches.

They were very responsive and helpful when I called to make an appointment. The owner showed up on time to give an estimate, which I thought was a bit high, but went ahead anyway. He did not show up personally to do the work, but his two-person team did an excellent job. They arrived a few minutes early, got right to work, were polite and accommodated my on-the-spot request to power-wash do a few other areas (they did not mention that there would be an extra charge for this, but the extra amount turned out to be modest). They moved what they needed to in order to do the job and then put everything back, and the results look great. Very satisfied with the job done, and would definitely use them again.

It went well.  Once the initial lack of response was cleared up (responder was out sick), I was contacted, discussed needs, estimator came out, I agreed to the estimate.  They came out as promised and did the work.

The owner did the estimate himself, and then worked with his employees until the job was done. The quality of their work was impeccable and I totally appreciated their attention to detail. They were considerate, professional and hard-working.  
I had a couple of broken tiles on the roof that they just replaced while they were up there - and did not charge me additional.  They also placed screens in my gutters - again, did not charge me additional for that either.   They left my yard without a trace that they had been here - the landscape even looked better than when they arrived.  I will definitely hire this company again.

I was so impressed with the work ethic exhibited by the entire crew - Their efficiency and effort were amazing. We were so pleased with the quality of the work that we've asked to be put on their "regulars" list to have routine/annual roof inspection, moss control, and gutter cleaning. They're absolutely the best!

showed up on time for estimate prior to service. were a tad late day of service -- but called ahead of time to notify, and actually were able to come sooner than they had stated so i was very pleased w/their customer communication. i give them high marks for communication for that! moved all items on porch and patio for cleaning, worked in a very professional and timely manner. i was very pleased w/the overall look of the property when they finished. i would DEFINITELY recommend their services and use them again in the future.

It was a positive experience. They were on time and they bring a lot of equipment. They do a good job.

Blown away was working on a neighbors roof and it looked great. I asked them to give us a quote. They came back the following week and cleaned the roof and gutters. It was pretty straight forward. No add-ons to jack up the price. It is on the spendy side but I felt the guarantee against moss for 2 years was worth it as well as the gutter cleaning inside and out. Four men came out to do the work and were done in about 2 hours. The only reason I wouldn't have them come back is because of price but the quality of work was A+.
