Stanley Steemer

I have used them probably for 10 years. I hired Stanley Steemer in Arizona for my rentals. I have used Stanley Steemer both places in Oregon and in Arizona. They're pretty consistent and have a reasonable price.

This company uses hot water only----no cleaning agent.   They claim that it works, but it doesn't.    Would you wash your face, hair, body, or anything without  a cleaning agent?      All hot water does is"dilute" the dirt,  moving it around, maybe leaving lighter colored soil but definitely NOT clean.   They blamed some dirty "traffic" paths on wear as for the reason it couldn't come clean.    I had enough misgivings about their work that, after interviewing other companies,  I hired another cleaning company  for another room that had extremely filthy carpet.     They explained to me about the PH of the cleaners used for certain kinds of soil, fabrics, etc..  It was quite an education and  bottom line is the carpet is absolutely gorgeous.........looks like NEW!!!!!!!   They said they could get those soiled traffic paths clean with the proper cleaning agents---that "wear" was  NOT the issue!
   Don't fall for the hot water only "line!!!!"

Showed up on time, did good job, done in good time.

Two strong young men arrived right on schedule and went right to work. I had most of the smaller items removed to the garage when they arrived. They started in my sewing room where they were able to do the whole room. I had a sewing macine cabinet or rollers and a cutting table and they were able to move those from one side of the room to the other. They did my bathroom, guest room where they had to move a keyboard on a stand. I had them leave the dresser in place and just go around the bed and get as far under it as they could without moving it. They did the master bedroom where i had a lot of large furniture. I left everything in place exept they did move my 9 drawer dresser and mirror at my request and cleaned around the rest of my furniture..a large armoir and a canopy bed. They moved end tables and chairs and cleaned inside my closet. They helped me roll up and move a huge rug under the dining room table that I no longer wanted there and they cleaned around the china hutch and side board but did move my dining room table and chairs and cleaned under it. In the family room they moved all the furniture and cleaned under it except for my big screen tv The carpet in the familry room was really dirty. My husband would put skin softening cream on his feet at night and it had worked into the carpet by his chair and was a real dirty mess but they cleaned it all up and you cant even see a spot....They also cleaned large area rug and an upholstered cream colored recliner. I was very pleased with the results. They were courteous and moved any of the furniture that I asked them too. They also cleaned the carpet in the rv. There was some spilled wine on that carpet and it did not come out but the stain had been there over a year and had set. It wa not fault of theirs. I would highley recommend this company. They did a fantastic job!

Mike Heger and Michael Fryer were here to clean my mother's carpets. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They are punctual, thorough and considerate.
They did an excellent job and I would definitely hire them again!

They were very efficient and did a wonderful job on my carpets. The price was extremely reasonable. I had two rooms plus a long hallway. Then I added a couple of things. There were two of them and they were very cordial and really efficient.

The price was exceptional. I couldn't believe how cheap it was. He was right on time and punctual.

They were absolutely wonderful and very conscientous. Mike and Andrew showed up on time and did a great job. I would go back to them in a heart beat.

The scheduler gave me a window of time when the team would show up; they called that morning to give me an approximate time of arrival and they showed up when expected. The cleaning actually took longer than I thought it would--they were VERY thorough and seemed concerned that our light-colored sofa did not clean up perfectly, but I was very satisfied with the job they did. (It's a family room sofa in a house with kids and dogs.)

From initial call to finished job everything went as expected. Look forward to having them back in the future. Price quoted was $99.00 plus we purchased a new outside mat for $35.00. Very pleased with the work.

Very professional. Very efficient. The carpets look pristine. They are careful with our furniture when they clean. We highly recommend them.

After the process was complete, the carpet looked pretty much the same as before. Was told that was because it was old (14 years) and it would look better when dry. It looked the same when dry so they came back (just one tech. this time instead of 2). He quickly ran over the traffic areas. I walked on the wet carpet barefooted and it was sticky. I asked if all the soap was out - he said it was the stain stuff. There was no charge for the redo but it made no difference - the carpets still look filty and the vacuum actually drags over the dirtiest parts, like they are still sticky. I had to move into the house and couldn't mess with having them do it again (if they even would have). I hired Stanley Steamer because my sister in CA said the company did great job for her but this franchise stinks!!

They are ok. The price was reasonable. They did the best job they could.

No problems with this service.
