this was a few years when we left isabella for first time. I called everyday and they reasured she was fine but a little shy with playmates. would use them again definfinly . place is very clean and emp were very nice. m jan brown

We have used Rand R for several years for pet day care, extended boarding and grooming. Although a bit expensive, the facilities and care are first rate. This is the only kennel we have ever used that the dog is actually eager to enter.

Just fine.

These people love animals. Cleanest kennel we have ever encountered. No dog smell - dogs are always supervised during play.
Great place for small dogs.

As always Reanna did a wonderful grooming job on Leilani, my 10 pound Cavalier KC Spaniel. My pup is fearful around groomers, wiggly and afraid her hair will be pulled, but she likes Reanna. I will definitely use Rand R again.
Also of note, there is no animal smell when we walk through the door although Rand R is also a boarding facility.

It's the best best place in the valley and they have a few pets and they have a place where the pets and dogs can play with each other. The pricing is a little bit pricy.

Our dog loves R and R Pet Resort. He is an older dog and we cannot leave him home alone. They make notes as to his disposition (blind and hard of hearing) Their daily rate is a bit high, but I gladly pay it, knowing he is so well cared for. They are quick to whisk him away for less separation anxiety (his). He leaves us with his tail wagging!

We loved this place for our two dogs. It was a wonderful place to take them when we had to travel and a place to take them in the winter when they couldn't really play in the weather. Then the price increase simply put them out of our reach. We had to settle for less than the best simply because of the steep increase in R and R Pet Resorts fees. Wish we were Mitt and family then we could afford Rand R, but for now...

I moved from Portland to Medford in January and had to board my cat for 3 months. This was way longer than I had planned but d'Artagnan was treated like the king he believes himself to be! They gave him so much love that he really didn't miss me at all!
I now have a baby sister for Darty, a little Shi tzu Scarlett, who adores her feline brother. Scarlett had her first grooming recently at R and R and they did a wonderful job.
So, all in all R and R is my choice for boarding and grooming and I highly recommend them. The staff are lovely and the kennels are clean and happy!

They are fantastic. They are clean, no pet smell when you go in. They will contact you, if they see anything out of the ordinary. I take my dog there twice a week and he loves it and gets so excited. There are packages that you can purchase, but a day pass is around a $15.00 a day. They have grooming and baths, but no vet. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The experiences we have had went very well. The staff is friendly and very detail oriented about the special care of our prized pet. As soon as we arrived they took her for a walk as they took down all the details of her care. We left her for a week, and she came back to us in excellent condition. We ofcourse signed her up for all the daycares as well as extra walkies. We felt sure she had top notch care for the week, and will use them again in the future.

This is an exceptional group of people. They go the extra mile. Unfortunately I was running late and they were extremely helpful in working with me.

My puppy started her adventure with a play date at this facility. This is one of the many wonderful features that this place offers. She enjoys playing with the other little ones. Then she was taken into the grooming area. She came out happy and looking amazing. I'm so glad this place was recommended.
