I had a very positive experience at the Beauty Biz salon. I was greeted by my stylist, Meghan and we discussed what I wanted for my hair. She matched the hair color I already had and gave me a very good cut that provided alot of softness around my face which is what I wanted. I really appreciated that Mehgan listened well and was so professional in delivering the service.

I have been in Medford for 2 years now and have not, to date, been entirely satisfied with the work I have had done on my nails. So, as a result, I tend to use a provider once or twice and then trawl the strip malls to find another, always looking for the one that will make my nails look so good that I want to go out and buy new jewelry to enhance their beauty! I had a wonderful provider overseas in South Africa and I wanted to find the same here. But, apparently it wasn't to be :( Until I happened upon Beauty Biz and Amanda! Amanda used exactly the same method as my provider overseas, a good sign! No electric sanding of the old gel, no squeezing all ten fingers into a thimble sized bowl! What emerged, less than 45 minutes later, were 10 perfectly manicured nails, expertly 'French'd with a hint of pink in the background. I am so impressed with the way Amanda did my nails that I will definitely go back again and again and again....... I have not only found my new nail artiste but we had such a fun chat as well! As a new person in town, this was the only second time that I had been to Amanda at Beauty Biz. On the first occasion, my nails not only looked great, but they stayed on longer than expected. Amanda Meyer, the manicurist, knew that I wanted to get my nails done on short notice just before the holidays. When there was a cancellation just before Christmas, she stayed late awaiting my evening arrival. Even though the hour was late, because Amanda is a perfectionist, she took extra time to do a beautiful job on my nails. Not only will I go back to her, but I would strongly recommend her services to others.

I found this salon over a period of several months trying different salons. They took a on a rather different challenge. My hair was dramatically thinning due to skin problems. The staff made me feel welcome and were always friendly. They keep you and your comfort in their minds at all times. The salon is clean and well ordered. I would highly recommend them.
