Needed deep clean for the 2500 sq ft house we purchased this fall. Sellers didn't have time to clean so really needed someone to get in there and clean their gunk before we moved in. For 4 br, 2.5 baths, kitchen, dining, family, living, and laundry rooms, other places in town were quoting $450-$600. That seems outrageous but not really when I check w/friends. Main issue was we didn’t want to pay $600, then get in there and think we could have done a better job on our own. After quote from Affordable Cleaners came in at $180 (!!!), we figured even if they didn’t do a stellar job, we could have it done 3 times more with and still be ahead. They met w/us w/in a day or so of the first call and were in w/in a few days. They did a solid job at getting the worst of it, but a few things were missed and not really the DEEP clean we were looking for. Some of the cabinets were missed, corners and tracks were missed, shower door still had some scum on it and it was just clear that the hard core scrubbing didn’t take place. Total charge was $200 (they needed to spend an extra hour but only charged us for half), and we got what we paid for.

There are three ladies that are here for an hour and charge by the hour. It's really helpful. I trust them enough to leave during the time that they are there. At Christmas time, they had a dinner for their clients. They're really nice ladies.
