Phone Service - Cellular
My rural house is on the boundary of service for Pioneer. In order to get high speed internet when I worked from home, I was paying over $100/month for a local phone and internet bundle. When I no longer worked from home I called to ask if there were cheaper options. The woman I spoke to was very kind and took the time to find out exactly what my internet needs were now. She suggested we go with a slower speed, which saved me $20/month and was reflected on my next bill. She also made it clear that if I was having trouble streaming video at that speed to call back right away and she would try another option.
