To begin with, our property was in two parcels that needed to be combined and then re-divided before building could begin. Our city is notorious for being difficult when it comes to building regulations. Dan spent many hours 'jumping through all the hoops' required by the city. His employees were hard working and respectful. We had a chance to watch the progress daily as the house was built in our back yard. We had never had the experience of having a home built. They were able to guide us through the process and make it enjoyable.
