I like the way the work was carried out. I wanted to use someone local
and capable, and Bill Dunn came and made the estimate and later came
with another man to do the work, which was done capably.
Cleanup was good.
But Dunn and Co is very bad at returning phone calls, so it took time to get all this organized. I have called three times for work to be done currently, but get no response, even though I asked them to let me know if they were not available.
I gave them a B grade on responsiveness, because Bill Dunn did respond in terms of work to what I wanted done, but on returning calls they should get an F. That reduced the professionalism grade as well.
I was ready to use them again, but now I guess I won't.

They did everything they said they would, they did it very carefully and didn't damage anything. They took the tree down very carefully without hitting the house, and they cleaned up after themselves very well, they were really conscientious. I have recommended them to several people, they did a great job.

They are fairly priced, and they get the job done. They are very professional and clean up when they are done.
