Auto Towing Service
The anti-theft alarm system on our Jeep Grand Cherokee became unresponsive to the key fob. We were parked in the Walmart parking lot with the horn honking, lights flashing, completely disabled. We contacted emergency roadside assistance and they sent Frankie's our way. After some research, battery was disconnected in vehicle, new battery installed in fob, some kind of "magic" formula was implemented to reset the system, and we were on our way. Throughout, Jason from Frankie's provided support, investigated the problem, and provided the solution and all with good humor.
