We have a large Epa deck that was weathered after the winter. John provided a competitive quote in a timely manner. He stripped, sanded and stained the deck and it came up looking brand new. Very pleased with the results and overall experience with JLS Restoration. Would recommend and will use again.

John was incredibly friendly, obviously very knowledgeable about what was needed to be done and was very amenable to being flexible around my work travel schedule. When they came to work, John and Doug were working hard and very diligent/thorough in the work. I was very impressed by the speed and quality of the work they did. Very prompt, reliable, professional and top quality. I bought this house almost 3 years ago, after the last owners quickly stained everything for my move-in. My decks now look BETTER than they did when I got ownership of the house. I highly recommend these guys, as I would hire again in a heart beat. Thank you, John and Doug, for doing a great job!!

We are very pleased with the quality of the work on our deck and with the honest service given by John. He went over and above what anyone else would have done, including myself, to restore the wood to look almost new. It is as close to perfection as an older deck could be! John and Doug do excellent work. They are prompt and professional and John knows his stuff and is very honest. He also went the extra mile for us regarding "the little things" that so often make the difference. My husband had hurt his back and we couldn't remove some things from the deck - John and Doug didn't hesitate to offer to do it. John also shopped for a hard to find bracket to fix a loose railing for us. He is a great listener and brought another color of stain that was exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier with their work! Hope to see them again in 2 years. Oh and his wife is very nice on the phone too!

John and Doug did an outstanding job cleaning, stripping and restaining two decks that had been neglected for a few years. They had to work around a serious heat spell but completed the job on schedule and the decks look like new! I would highly recommend this company if you have decks that need some attention and I will be calling them in the future when my decks need work again.

John and Doug did an excellent job!!! Punctual, professional, clean and VERY tidy. Our decks are accessible only thru our home, over hardwood and carpet....NO problem, NO mess, of which I am very thankful. I highly recommend them, they obviously care about quality and happy customers. GREAT job!!!!!

We like the results. They completed the project quickly as the weather was nice. Had some concerns about the color, but John S. came through. Obviously care about the quality of the job.

The JLS team did a great job on a deck restoration for us. They provided many options allowing us to choose the best fit for our budget. Jim communicated clearly and frequently through the entire project and did a fantastic job on the deck. We are very pleased with the results.

The project is not complete yet due to the weather (my bad in waiting too long to get started) but so far this is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. They obviously care a LOT about the quality of their work. What has been done thus far is excellent and they have a plan in place for steps to take to get the project completed as soon as weather permits. Not the cheapest bid but the difference in quality is well worth it to me -- I'll end up with a long-lasting attractive deck rather than one that continues to deteriorate and fail which would have been the result if the cheaper bids' shortcuts had been taken instead. So far, excellent!

John and Jim were up against the onset of cold, wet weather and managed to complete the project in time to avoid the rain, even though, as the project progressed, additional work was needed due to unexpected deterioration in the decking material which they replaced. The deck looks better now than it has in years.

JLS restoration were a great team! They did a awesome job on our deck. It looks brand new! Thank you for your great work! Recommend them, and would use them again if needed.
