Jesse Rugg, owner of First City Painting, comes highly recommended. As an owner of a 105 year old historical house in Oregon City, there were many issues. The house has a 30 plus feet height that needed scraping, mending, sanding, primer and painting. In addition, the house tests positive for lead paint. Asked for 6 different bids from painting companies that were lead paint certified. First City Painting submitted the most detailed, comprehensive, and competitive bid. His communication and suggestions were helpful and economical. The crew arrived on time, (actually very early) and did a remarkable job. They were always available to answer questions or concerns. This was a very difficult painting job that many painters would not even bid. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work and would highly recommend First City Painting.

Jesse, Brian and his team did a spectacular job painting the outside of our house. He came recommended from a coworker, whose opinion I trusted, so I thought we'd get a quote.
