He was very responsive and easy to work with, and his prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the work. If we ever have any additional custom woodwork to do in the house, we will call Andrew first.

It looks great, and the price was competitive. They are a small business. There were two parts to the installation. They requested to postpone the general installation, but I told them that I had other contractors lined up based on this work. So they did end up coming for the work on the day and time that was set up. When they were supposed to come for the second part of the installation (about a week later), they canceled on that day. This was inconvenient because I had another man scheduled to come that was dependent on this work. I called twice to confirm this time and date for the second installation. The office person that I spoke with on the phone got a little defensive with me about this issue. However, they did end up coming out the next day to finish the job and did a great job. I probably would use them again in the future because the work ended up being beautiful. I would recommend them to others, but I would caution them about being flexible with installment times before using them.
