I know and trust them. I called on Mark various times over the last several years both for things at home and things at church.

He is a local guy, and he is a one man operation. I have had to call him a couple times. I once called him on Thanksgiving eve when our furnace went out, and he came out that night and changed it. I have known him for a long time and we have used him for many years.

THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE FURNACE. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM VERY CLEARLY AND THEN FIXED IT. HE RAN THE SYSTEM SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE IT WAS FIXED. HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE IT WAS STILL WORKING PROPERLY. GREAT FOLLOW UP!
