VANTCO HARDWOOD FLOORS

Overall, it went well.

This is a hard-working family company (now called All Seasons Hardwood Floors) that spent four long days working to complete this project. These guys moved my heavy furniture (for a fee -- but worth it!) and installed beautiful new flooring. The workers were just as impressive in making my existing hardwood floors look like brand new! There were a couple times they showed up later than scheduled, but that was not a major problem as they stayed as long as necessary to complete that day's job. Their workmanship and dedication to making our floors look great was exemplary, and I will likely call them again when we decide to remove our upstairs carpets and refinish our upstairs wood floors!

There was minor damage to walls in my bathroom and a cabinet in the kitchen by the people working for Paul. Paul immediately asked me for paint to repair the damage and did a very good job. There was also a problem where some floor finish got on the edge of my carpet that abutted the wood floors. Paul contacted a carpet person and obtained a liquid that removed most of it. He is extremely accommodating and willing to please. His work ethic is first rate and he operates his business with integrity. After the quality of workmen I have heretofore had dealings with, the positive experience with Paul continually surprised me. I wish all workers cared as much about pleasing their clients.
