It was great. They seemed to be trustworthy and they always go out of their way to help us. It's like they're looking out for me like they're not trying to rip me off. Every time we're gone, they're trying to let us feel they're not trying to add services that we don't need.

They're really good at doing oil changes. I wouldn't recommend at them doing an air conditioning service.

Decided to try a new Oil change service. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. They did a great job. They showed me my air filter and said "looks fine today" and showed me my wiper blades and said "these look pretty worn" (I agreed). They also discussed other maintenance items like coolant and transmission fluid etc... BUT: there was really no pressure to up-sell me on these items. I just said "not today" and they were fine with that.

This was a nice place. I actually went to the location on 99E. The technicians were professional and friendly and even let me stay in the car since I had my little kids with me. They were also offering a discount of $7 off for the next car in, so it was a great deal too! The only thing I didn't like was how they always try to upsell you and push other products on you. Otherwise, it was a great experience. They have popcorn in the waiting room too!

The only place I'll take my cars to have the oil changed and any other automotive needs. I've used them for the past seven years; which I have total history of all car care history on file with them. Professional and caring staff that is highly trained for your car care needs. I know of too many cars that have been mistreated at other car care places, not here. You get the best in car care here.

NO PRESSURE SALES LIKE COMPETITORS. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME THINGS I DIDN'T NEED. WHEN I INQUIRED ON THE THINGS THEIR COMPETITORS TOLD ME I NEEDED, THEY SAID THEY WEREN'T NECESSARY. THE SHOP WAS CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE PERSONABLE, NICE AND DOWN TO EARTH.
