Spruced and Spotless

I had been quoted on an initial walk through by the owner that initially it would take about 4 hours to thoroughly clean my house but that the first few times would take longer as they got used to cleaning my home. On their second cleaning, they showed up 1/2 an hour late with not even a simple, "sorry for running late." It went downhill from there. Upon entering they stated that they had no intention of cleaning the whole house, which consisted of simple vacuuming, dusting, wiping tables, and wiping down bathrooms as they were contracted for 4 hours. I do not expect more work than I pay for, so that was fine though it was in contrast to what I had been told. When I arrived back home, they had packed up and left early, providing 3.5 hours of service or less. Additionally, they had failed to do most of the very basic cleaning that they were paid to do. Floors were not vacuumed thoroughly and were still dusty/dirty to sight and touch, tables were not wiped down (spots and crumbs were left on tables), etc. In short, from experience I know that my Roomba and cleaning adverse teenage some could do a better job in 1 hour. On the urging of neighbors, who I asked to come verify that lack of very basic work not done, I sent a few of over 20 pictures documenting the lack of work to the manager/owner who informed me that she was uninterested in the quality of her employees' work and was rude and dismissive.
