Roofing
The overall experience has been terrible on every level. Since they completed our decks every single one of them have leaked. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. It has been an absolute nightmare. The roofs are under warranty, but just getting them to fix it correctly has been terrible. I have had to get the corporate office (located on the East Coast) involved just to get a call back. I wouldnt recommend using this company to my worst enemy.

I thoroughly understand minimum charges. We have had electricians, plumbers, HVAC, servicemen & people working on our house as well who have all had minimum charges. Those costs & charges were all explained at the time of scheduling, even with answering services for weekend calls. The charges on this statement are, in my mind, excessive & were misrepresented.
