Windshield replaed flawlessly in under 1 hour, I was well-advised in regard to options and final charge ended up well under estinmate. Couldn't have been more satisfied.

We discovered early in the morning that our car, among many, had sustained damage. Two windows had been broken by vandals. After filing police reports, calling our insurance company, reporting to our neighborhood association, we called our auto dealer for a recommendation on a repair service. We also called a service suggested by our insurance company. We determined from those sources that our best choice would be to go with Pro Glass and their representative, Clay Croker. My Mercedes windshield suffered a deep rock chip from the back tires of a large truck on the freeway. It couldn't be fixed with the simple resin process. I had used Pro Glass in the past to replace a windshield and had been very satisfied with their work. My insurance company okayed the use of Pro Glass again and initiated contact with them. Pro Glass found a good windshield replacement within a couple of days and we arranged a convenient time at my home for replacement. Their two technicians arrived on time and replaced the windshield quickly and efficiently. I have had no follow-up problems since installation.
