Premier Appliance Services

The two fellows from Premier Appliance Services arrived when they told me they would, and were very careful with the unit.  ( I really watch how people treat other people's goods).  After removing the old dishwasher, they noted that one of the lines (1987 installed), was not reliable, and said it was their opinion that it needed replacing.  I agreed, and that was done.
The new Maytag dishwasher was installed, put to a test run, and then the job area was cleaned up, with the old dishwasher taken away.
I had mentioned a problem with my Maytag washer, that I was planning to fix as usual by myself, and they offered to do that for me.  It was a fairly simple job for them - taking the hoses off,  cleaning the screens, and replacing the hoses, with no leaks.
 It was a blessing to me.  I hate that job, and the washer again is good for another 6 months. There was no charge for this extra.

They did exactly what they said they would. They had to order a part and they came back when they said they would. They charged me the exact prices they quoted. They cleaned up well. They were very polite and very well-mannered and dress well for the job. They did a very good and were professional.

They called early to let me know that traffic would delay arrival to the end of the 2-hour appointment window.

Arrived at the projected time, and performed service that two other appliance repair services told me would cost over $400 if it could be done at all. The guy did the job in a half-hour, and then spend another 20 minutes cleaning out years of accumulated lint in an old dryer, which now works far better as a result.

Professional, friendly, and competent with a good price. Can't beat that.

They were great and they were really efficient on the phone asking the right questions to determine what the problem might be with my stove. They told me what they needed from me right upfront as far as getting the model number and all of the information for them. They came right out and I didn't have to wait and they came the next day. While the guys were at my house they were telling me what they were doing and showing me the part they took out of my oven and what they were going to replace it with. Getting me lots of information and they were very polite, they were on time, and they were great. I would totally recommend them to anyone. They were really good to work with.

They were very good. They were very thorough about how the machine worked, describing what to do and what not to do. They did a very good job installing the dishwasher. It’s been a couple of years since I had the work done and I haven’t had any problems since. They were very polite and professional; they didn’t leave a mess.

The work turned out fine and we haven’t had any problems since. They were courteous and helpful. Two men came and they answered all my questions. I thought did a good job on the project itself and their inner personal communication with me as well.
