He arrived on time, found the problem, made the repair, tested his repair to ensure it resolved my problem, and charged me a fare and competetive price for the repair.

Our $9000 hot tub was originally purchased from Pellet Soves & Spas, and all chemicals and upkeep had been purchased from them. When we hired them to relocate the hot tub, our problems began. They told us what we had to do to prepare the new location and never did come out to inspect the work. When they came with the tub, they said the ground wasn't totally level, but with the 6 inches of sand, the tub would level itself once it was filled with water. Well, that wasn't the case. It never did level itself. We placed numerous calls to them and left many messages about the problem. After several months they finally sent someone out and we were told the problem was ours...erosion. It's been a year and there is no erosion problem, only an unlevel tub that was their fault. They have lost a good customer.
