I've used this company for about 20 years, maybe more, and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I've been using them for 30 years. The last time they came, his wife was in the ER and he spent the whole night in the hospital with her. He left from there and still made the appointment. He didn't want to disappoint and knew I had company coming. He tried to give me a big discount because his wife wasn't there to do the vacuuming. I did the vacuuming despite his objection. That's the kind of people they are. I completely trust them with my whole house.

I would recommend them. They do a really good job. They know what they are doing. They move the furniture and everything. They are on time. I would use them again in the future.

The Manns (a husband/wife team) were on time, polite, and worked quickly. The cleaning job was acceptable, but not as good as I would have liked or expected. Along the baseboards it looked as though they did not get close enough to get it clean. Our carpets were wet for almost 24 hours even though the quoted time was about 8 hours. We had the windows open and it was a hot day. Most of the stains were removed but some did return which we were told would not happen. We were told we could call them back if needed but I did not, because we had a very large family party at our house two days after the cleaning and I felt it would be inappropriate to have them return when we had so much foot traffic in our house. My husband and I discussed our experience. We agreed it was a fair job on the cleaning, because I got other estimates that were much higher. So, in this case I believe we got what we paid for.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK FROM START TO FINISH. THEY VACUUMED THE CARPETS FIRST, WERE CAREFUL OF MY FURNITURE AND HARDWOOD FLOORS. THE WORKED ON SPOTS THAT WERE THERE AND TOOK THEIR TIME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS TO MY SATISFACTION. THEY PLACED PROTECTORS UNDER THE FURNITURE THAT WASN'T MOVED AND TOLD ME HOLD LONG TO EXPECT BEFORE IT DRIED. THEY CARPETS LOOKED GREAT. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
