Tyler arrived early. Took a look at the bathtub, gave background on how the drain is designed and how he was going to fix the issue. He also gave tips to prevent future clogs. Tyler followed the same process for the bathroom sink (describe the situation, the design, how he was to fix it and how I could do maintenance myself in the future.) Clogs were fixed, and I walked away with a little knowledge to work with in the future.
