N & N Concrete Inc

We received a notice from the City to fix our sidewalk, and N & N was one of the many bids that we received in the mail. They were prompt in returning our first phone call and mentioned that "we were on the schedule but it would be a few weeks out, so call back in a few weeks." A week and half later, we called again and got the same response. As the weeks went by we left three more messages without a return call. That was six weeks ago.

There was minor damage to one of the already existing squares. I would have appreciated a heads up about this, but other than that, they did this work at a good price.

It went well. It is a family business and the men are easy to deal with and nice to be around. The quality of the work was very good. It took them a long time to get to us after we called and "signed on" (weather and lots of jobs in the area), but it did not cause a real problem for us. The price was good. We thought maybe we should do more of the sidewalk, but they were eager to help us save money! That's a good thing!

What a waste! He came out promptly to measure the driveway for an estimate. He said he'd have it to me in a few days. I waited several weeks. I called and left a message asking what happened, and I never heard back from the guy. I don't get it. Why bother to come out to a job site, engage a customer for 30 minutes or so, and NOT deliver an estimate? And this company was highly recommended on Angie's list. This is the second contractor from Angie's list that has flaked out.

They were excellent. They were on time and did what they said they were going to do. They did it according to city codes and it is beautiful work.

Prompt in bidding and completing work, cleaned up well, work done very well, communicated with owner in a timely and reliable manner, and were very competitive over three other bids.
