We thought that the section of drywall would have to be replaced, but John assured us that he could repair the section with reinforcing tape and joint compound. We were skeptical at first, but true to his prediction he did the repair such that the wall could be primed and tiled. While waiting for the first coat of and quot;mudand quot; to dry John cut a new cabinet opening for our new slide-in stove. This was something that needed doing, but we had not planned on doing immediately. Having John do this carpentry work saved us time and aggravation because the stove was arriving in two days and the installers would have charged much more for the same work with no assurance of the quality of the work.
The whole job took less time that we expected and we are very pleased with the work. We expect we will call on him to do other jobs as time goes on. We should say that he has done many other jobs for people in our neighborhood, so he came recommended in advance.

He did a very good job and he's very professional. He always answers his calls and is easy to have around. The job was done beautifully and I'm very pleased.
