JIM WEST TV & VIDEO SERVICE

We returned in April & called. He didn t have it fixed, yet. We called sometime later in April & he claimed to have it fixed, but wanted to talk to a factory rep. After that he wanted to run it a few days to be sure. We have called every other week at least, since then & we have heard a litany of excuses for why it is not ready. I've been sick, my wife s been sick, etc. Each time he tells us he wants to look at it for a few more days & he ll call us, which he never does. We aren t happy at all & will not use him again. Terrible. The set has been returned to me 3 times & each time the sound goes out sometime between an hour & a few days. Larry never calls me. I have had to call him every time. They had my set in the shop from September 05 until July 06 & it still went out 4 days after I got it back. Larry has more excuses for not getting the set done than I have ever heard in my life. The set is down right now again.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN REALLY GOOD. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE WORK WITH MY TV AND STEREO. A COUPLE OF FRIENDS OF MINE WORK THERE. I HAD TO BRING MY TV THERE TO THEM TO HAVE IT SERVICED.

MY ACTIVE TELEVISION NEEDED A REPAIR SO I WENT TO THIS TV SERVICE WHERE MY FAMILY HAS GONE IN THE PAST ALSO. THEY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT, FOR A REASONABLE PRICE AND HELPFUL TIPS.
