Hired HPR to do a remodel of our siding. Juan and crew were great! Extremely professional, good communication, tremendous value for the high quality of work, and did an immaculate job of cleaning up after the work was finished.

Juan is amazing - I recommend him to clients daily - he always makes time to explain things, he is flexible in working with their schedules and they reave about the experience afterward. Cannot recommend him enough!

I was referred to HPR Roofing and Siding by our realtor to help with a few small jobs on our home as we were getting ready to sell our house. What a great recommendation! Juan and his team were so quick to come out and give us a bid, and complete the work. We had some dry rot in our siding near our basement that they were able to repair quickly and thoroughly. They added a drain to keep water away from the house and the workers made sure to hose off the deck and make the area look as good as new. We also had them replace some hardie plank siding that was damaged when we replaced our roof a few years ago and the team worked diligently until it was complete. They even went above and beyond and caulked the seams of the planks all the way up the wall, beyond what they repaired. I was so impressed that all of the workers went above and beyond the task and were all so kind and respectful. I will definitely be utilizing HPR for more construction/repair projects in the future.

HPR recently did a nearly full exterior remodeling of our house including a new roof (from the decking up), gutters. windows, doors, trim, and painting. Juan and his crews (which are not subs by the way!) were very courteous, responsive, professional and on time. Juan was also very clear about the timing of things, the materials, the scope of the job and the costs associated to the work, upfront, no BS. We are very happy with how the process went and how everything turned out! The timeline which things were done was very clear from the start, with no delays. Juan worked with me on getting the right materials, colors, doors, windows and was able to make adjustments on the fly for our project(s). The biggest part of the job was the roof and his crew worked very quickly, had great attention to detail, performed quality work and kept the jobsite very clean, the entire time they were there. The craftsmanship was of high-quality, the roofers/carpenters/tradespeople were diligent, hardworking. courteous, respectful and personable. With quality materials and quality installation, we'll be happy to see everything last the test of time. I will not hesitate to hire HPR Roofing and Siding for another job in the future, and would recommend them to anyone who needs a job done to spec, on time and at cost.

Juan was great and walked me through the process of replacing my roof and suppling me with an estimate and timeline. The crew showed up and on time and were polite and professional and very hard working to leave me with a beautiful roof for my house and garage cleaning up at the end of each day.I highly recommend HPR and will be hiring them again for the siding on my home.

Juan and his team did a great job. I really enjoyed his team a nice group of guys. I have already passed on HPR contact information to Co-worked. Communication is key for me, Juan delivered it. He kept us current on project start time, daily plan and completion time. We hired them to complete 2 roofing projects for us house and garage. Juan added 2 smaller out-buildings, so we have a matching home site. I apricated his attention to detail and looking at the entire home site and what was needed.

Great jpb! We had just bought an older house and our realtor (Mia McCormick) referred us to HPR. Juan Gutierrez supervised and coordinated the projects. Juan always kept me updated on progress. As 'surprises' happened, Juan got teams to address it. Our biggest surprise was rotting carpet and damaged subflooring. Juan's team removed and replaced the damaged carpets and subfloor. Originally, I was only going to replace the carpets; but Juan persuaded me to go with Pergo floors instead. I LOVE-LOVE the colors of the new floors and I'm so happy Juan suggested it. We picked out most of the colors for painting the rooms, but asked Juan for suggestions on some rooms. The house looks 100% better with the new paint throughout and the new flooring in a couple rooms. We will definitely use HPR again. In fact, their newest project here will be to remove a window and install a slider in its place.

Juan and his team got the job done quickly and it turned out great! We felt we were charged a fair price, and Juan made sure any questions or concerns we had were taken care of to our satisfaction before they considered the job complete. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about doing things the right way...and to code. They didn't mind me asking questions and patiently answered them. They determined that some areas of siding that we thought would need to be replaced, actually didn't, when they were able to take a deeper look, and they adjusted our cost down accordingly. First company that came to give me a bid tried to sell me a whole new roof even though mine was only 10 years old. Juan of HPR found a crack in a plastic roof vent and pointed out a few other areas that needed some repair. Gave me a fair price and got the work done a couple of days later. Prompt, efficient and did not push unnecessary work.

It went very well. The entire project was completed one day before I had to notify insurance (their 10/18 deadline fell on a Sunday so work had to done by Friday 10/16). The entire roof was replaced after removing a unuseable smoke pipe between 9/30- 10/01. Fascia board replaced where gutter fell. Juan added new flashing as well. The rest of work completed between 10/14-10/15. They caulked all windows except 2 where they replaced the trim. Juan and his team worked very hard to get the work done on time. Several neighbors told me they were amazed how hard the team worked and how well! They were amazing. When I asked them to explain why the were doing something, they took the time to tell me. I am very satisfied with the work. Neighbors also told me afterwards how good the cabin looks like now!

Juan and his team did a fantastic job installing brand new Hardie Plank siding. Juan was very fair and competitive in his bid and evaluation of the project. Juan also performed some roof and gutter issues on top of the siding project. Definitely would hire again!

HPR did a fantastic job. I contacted them from a neighbor's yard sign. They came quickly, quoted a fair price for roofing. They threw in some landscaping. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and left a clean new looking house. The work was high quality. I would definitely recommend them on any project.

Imagine, looking forward to your daughters’ wedding. You have the church, restaurant and reception areas all reserved with deposits and then the most impossible thing happened. A global pandemic in which every place was closed! What are you going to do? We decided that we could hold the wedding and reception in our backyard since the wedding was so small. The only problem was our deck was falling apart! With a four week deadline to get the deck torn down and rebuilt I was truly in a panic. Juan of HPR Roofing and Siding LLC came out and listened as I told him why the time frame was important and what I needed done. Hearing that the reason we needed the job done so quickly was because of the wedding they immediately said that they could get the job done in the time frame that I requested and that they would squeeze the job in between the other jobs that the already had scheduled during that time. It was with this assurance that I chose HPR Roofing and Siding LLC. From the beginning Juan was upfront about the pricing, what different product options we had that would be available in the time frame we needed. He also communicated with us about what to expect during the different phases of the project, always continuing to assure me that the deck would be done in time even when I was freaking out. Juan was always quick to respond when I had questions with a text, phone call or an email, Juan has superb communication skills. His team was a pleasure to be around, even when I was out in the yard trying to get other things done to prepare for the big day. They were polite and cleaned up the site everyday so it never appeared unsightly. The deck turned out beautiful and was perfect for the wedding day! It was great. First of all, they called me within minutes of my contact with Angie’s list. Second, they scheduled us the next day since we had a roof leak. The work is finished and we are very satisfied. We have scheduled them to do more work to repair an aging roof and also on a beach house that we own. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

Showed up on time. These guys had my old roof tore off and replaced(perfectly) in 2 days. They even came back a few months later and did a cleaning(on their own dime). I had them come back and replace the sub flooring of my kitchen. The job was done in less than a day. Very professional team to work with. I would recommend these guys for whatever you need. 5 ⭐️
