We stopped by without an appontment and he stopped what he was working on and took the time to do ours right away. Amazing.

Not satisfied and will never use them again.

The cost was reasonable. It was an antic, subdued floral printed fabric. They were very nice to work with. I took their sample book back and forth till I made a decision. I didn t have enough space to hold the couch in during the remodeling of my house, so they let me drop it off with until when I was ready to get it back. The whole product was finished in 6 weeks and half of it they were just waiting for the fabric, so it was a speedy and good job done. They were easy to work with and they were helpful. They also helped me deliver it which was real nice.

It was very expensive. Slightly less the the entire chair new. The end result was fine but the service or lack there of was disappointing to say the least. I took it in to be repaired December 19, and they said with the holidays it would take 10-14 days. I mentioned that if it took the full two weeks I would be out of town but to call when it was done and my daughter would pick it up. I then paid for it. I got back into town 6 weeks later, and my daughter mentioned she had not heard from them. So I went down to the store only to find they had not EVEN started on it yet. They were not the least apologetic about it either. They just said oh well we can have it done on a few days, just come back then. I came back and finally got it, but again they were abrupt and far from service oriented. I will not shop there again.

I was trying to get our house on the market and needed the play structure roof to be replaced quickly. The people at Hoop's were so friendly and helpful and amazed me by calling the next morning to say my job was complete and ready for pick up. The play structure looks beautiful with it's new roof.

My mother's childhood rocking chair is now my daughter's. It had never been reupholstered and was in sad shape. They did a great job and got it done a week before they said they would.

IT WAS GREAT. I HAD TONS OF SAMPLES TO LOOK THROUGH, AND THEY SUGGESTED THINGS TO ME THAT WOULD BE IN THE PERIOD, NOT JUST TO RECOVER IT, BUT SOMETHING THAT WOULD FIT IN THE PERIOD. THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT, AND THEY WERE ACCURATE ON HOW LONG IT WOULD BE BEFORE I GOT MY CHAIR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN WELL ESTABLISHED IN OREGON CITY FOR YEARS. THEY HAD AN ABUNDANCE OF FABRIC CATALOGS FROM WHICH TO CHOOSE, OR THEY WILL TRY AND MATCH A FABRIC BROUGHT IN BY A CUSTOMER. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL, HOWEVER, IT TOOK OVER EIGHT WEEKS FOR THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED, BUT, IT WAS WORTH IT.

THEY WERE PLEASANT AND DID A GOOD JOB.
