They're a little expensive.

They are quick and reliable. You can get most of the things you need there like if you want to fix something in your home and they would have it.

It worked out fine. I chose Home Depot because of the price.

They were fine but there was one small problem with the measurement of a cabinet. They came out and re-measured and solved the problem. Everything with them went pretty well and the job turned out fine. I don't have anything to compare their price to.

We got the most incredible service from them in terms of designing and ordering the kitchen. They didn’t charge my anything for their service. They charged me only for the cabinets. The guy helped me find cabinets in a finish that I wanted. He also helped me with the counter top and all in the price range that I wanted. Normal I think of the place as very impersonal, but my experience was enormously enhanced by the shopping experience. I wrote a letter to the store manager and to their human resources about the guy with whom I worked. He was really good.

I was surprised how quickly they scheduled me to remove and replace water heater. The whole process was very professional.

They have a good price and they are convenient.

Overall the experience went okay, although I am glad a front door isn't need more often. The door was delivered on time and was in good condition. The people we hired to install the door was not a recc. contractor from Home Depot and that proved to be a problem when the door itself has issues. We had to be quite assertive with Home Depot to have them follow the warranty guidelines from the door company. All in all we are still happy with the door and the work.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, easy to return materials to and no hassle.

Not well. We ordered the fridge. It was to be delivered the day we moved. We were to get a call the night before with a time. No one called so I called them. Apparently my fridge had been discontinued through LG 3 months earlier, but didn't notify Home Depot. I spoke with the salesman at Home Depot. After about five hours, we convinced them to loan us a fridge so we didn't have to live out of a cooler until our replacement model could be delivered (did I mention that would be three more weeks?) The fridge was 10 cu. ft. Real tiny, barely held one week's supply of food. Then when they delivered the correct fridge, there was a damaged part. I spent hours on the phone. It has been 2 1/2 months and I still haven't gotten the right replacement part. Partially LG's fault too.

Too many inexperienced personel in the carpet department! Lots of waiting for them to figure out their job! Phone calls were never returned to answer our questions even though the sales associate repeatedly called us to get try to arrange the sale. Price was completely out of line, particularly considering the ''extra'' charges tacked on for every nook and cranny in our house. Too many people in the loop and no one was willing to take responsibility for the project! One person to take to order, another to try to check in samples, a third to come and measure the house, someone different to tell us about the quote, and at least one more to install, and none of them were capable of talking to each other!

It was very hard to find someone who would even talk to me about my carpet options. When the gentleman did help me, I was made to feel that I wasn't meeting their criteria for the installation time-line. As if my time-line was so un-important. I went to Marion's Carpet and had the job done quickly and to my wishes.

Straightforward process. They delivered and installed on schedule, and there were no surprises. An error was made in ordering the right carpet, but they called and corrected the error before proceeding.

THANK GOODNESS THAT THEY HAD THE CARPET KICKER AND THE PIN COVER THAT WE NEEDED TO INSTALL OUR CARPET WE HAD. THE STAFF AT HOME DEPOT WAS VERY HELPFUL.

THE PRICE WAS THE BEST THAT I COULD FIND. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY GOOD. THE QUALITY OF CARPET WAS THE BEST THAT I COULD FIND FOR THE PRICE. IT WAS NOT ANYTHING EXCEPTIONAL.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY DID EVERYTHING REALLY WELL. THEY WERE OFF A LITTLE BIT ON PRICE COMPARED TO OTHERS. THEY WERE JUST A LITTLE HIGHER, BUT STILL GOOD.

THE MAN WHO INSTALLED THE WINDOW WAS FRIENDLY ENOUGH. I THINK HE ARRIVED LATE. HE DIDN'T SEEM TO BE QUITE ALL ORGANIZED, LET'S PUT IT THAT WAY. HE DIDN'T INSTALL IT EXACTLY RIGHT.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN REALLY GOOD. I LOOKED AT TWO OTHERS AND THE PRICE WAS HIGHER. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE OF THE THREE THAT I CHECKED. THE SALES PERSON KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING, SO I WOULD SAY THAT THE SERVICE WAS GREAT.

THE GRANITE IS GREAT, BUT THERE IS A BIG GAP IN THE COUNTER AND WHEN THEY PUT THE DISHWASHER BACK THEY HAD TO PROP UP THE STOVE, BECAUSE IT DIDN'T FIT RIGHT. IT DIDN'T LOOK RIGHT. WHEN I WENT TO HOME DEPOT WITH PHOTOS, THEY HANDED ME A PIECE OF WOOD, AS IF TO SAY "FIX IT YOURSELF."

I NEEDED TO REPLACE A VERY OLD SKYLIGHT IN A BATHROOM. I CAME WITH MEASUREMENTS AND THEY DIRECTED ME TO IT. I HAD SEVERAL CHOICES TO CHOOSE FROM AND I FOUND ONE THAT FIT MY BATHROOM BEST. VERY HELPFUL WITH INSTALLATION AND INFORMATION.

THE INSTALLATION IS NOT QUITE COMPLETE, BUT THEY HAVE CALLED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT AND WILL BE GIVING THE FINAL TIME SOON. THEY HAVE SUGGESTED PLACES TO PUT IT.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. I WENT IN THERE NOT KNOWING A LOT, AND BY THE TIME I LEFT, I WAS CONFIDENT THAT I COULD HANDLE DOING THE LANDSCAPING THAT I WANTED, ON MY OWN.

I WAS IN DISTRESS BECAUSE THE WATER HEATER IN MY HOUSE STARTED LEAKING. I WENT TO HOME DEPOT FOR A REPLACEMENT WATER HEATER. THE PERSON AT HOME DEPOT WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.
