H&S DRYWALL

While they said I did a good job on prepping the patch area, they promptly got out their own fast dry mud and 'fixed' my patch to their specifications. Then sprayed the area and carefully blended the patch area into the existing texture of the ceiling. Did a good job since there was one small ridge along one side of the patch due to how I replaced the sheetrock underneath, but they dealt with it. Since I did all the prep, masking, and cleanup I can't speak to others comments in this area, but they did a great job on matching the knockdown texture to the existing texture and I thought the price was very fair for the amount of work they did.

Their bid estimate did not include a common wall between a bathroom and pantry. I corrected the bid and faxed it back two days before the work began. Despite this they omitted painting the bathroom wall and had to return to complete the job two days later.

The actual drywall work done was satisfactory. My major complaint is that they left a mess behind. They promised to put up protective screens to limit dust, but the plastic sheets came down after one day and the sanding of the joints spread dust throughout my dining and living rooms and my family room. They did no sweeping of the work area either.

They did a really good job with the work, however they could use improvement on dust control. They did show up on time to do the work and were friendly and professional. I would use them again and would recommend them.

We've used this company in the past and will only use H&S. They do what they say and guarantee they're work. Clean, professional, and on schedule. They called us when their was a potential delay. We didn't have any issues.

They did a poor job of hanging the drywall, finishing and texturing. They have poor follow up service.

Extremely slow, they hung the drywall and left for several days?? We had to call several times for them to come back and finish. This is bad if you have other subcontractors scheduled behind them.

COMPANY MISSED THE FIRST SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THEN ON SUBSEQUENT APPOINTMENT, FAILED TO ARRIVE WITH ALL THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT TO PERFORM ALL REPAIRS, EVEN THOUGH PRIOR NOTICE BY HOMEOWNER WAS GIVEN AS TO THE NECESSARY TOOLS NEEDED. IE: 12 FT. LADDER AND 6 FT. LADDER WERE REQUIRED TO REPAIR WALLS AND VAULTED CEILING. WAS TO RETURN WITHIN 48 HOURS TO COMPLETE REPAIRS AND HAS NEITHER PHONED, NOR APPEARED.
