Owner was very polite and professional. Very happy with the service. The keys all worked. Please allow the owner time to respond to your calls as she is often out on a job.

My rental house had a key stuck in the door.  Green Key responded within 2 hours, freed the key, correctly repositioned doorknob, lubed lock. The locksmith was very punctual and professional, and communication was excellent.  Will definitely use them again.

I had planned to have the work done and didn't have a problem scheduling a time with Susan. She arrived on time and quickly went to work changing out the locks. I suspected that I would have a problem with one of the deadbolts as the door was extra thick and the existing lock was different than the other ones. There was a problem with the internal working of that lock and unfortunately she didn't have the exact replacement part for that lock. She did rekey and advised me that the lock would not accept a key from the outside until the part was replaced. This door is not a main egress door so it wasn't a problem. At my convenience she said she would return with the correct part and replace it without charging the house call fee. At least I know I have a piece of mind that all locks are changed.

When I phoned Susan she was able to give me an early appointment (the next day), as well as an exact time. She arrived punctually, was very pleasant, knew precisely what she was doing and successfully reassembled the entry lock, which required replacing the internal latch. The work was complete within an hour. It is a pleasure to have met such a professional lady. I would have no hesitation in using her services again.

Susan was on time and finished in short order. She had all the required materials and was very efficient.

The locksmith came the day after we called, arrived on time, and did the job in about an hour. She also provided useful information in case we decided to change door handles and latches.

I found the locksmith polite, prompt and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing clearly, and also explained the problem with the fifth door. I would use their services again.

THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND VERY GOOD ABOUT WHAT I COULD DO TO GET INTO THE CHEST. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. I HAVE HAD KEYS MADE AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THEY HAVE BEEN RIGHT ON TIME.

MY SON'S BELONGINGS WERE STOLEN INCLUDING HIS KEYS. SO IN CASE THEY KNEW HIS CAR, WE HAD IT REKEYED. THEY WERE VERY UPFRONT AND DID IT QUICK. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
