It was terrific. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. We had a small water flow problem after installation and John (owner) came out at once to fix the problem. I recommend without reservation for any size job.

I chose to work with John and his company because their quote was in the middle of other quotes I received for this job and he seemed to convey the knowledge and confidence that this job would need.  I found that my choice was not ill founded.  He did an excellent job. The workers he brought in were professional and the project was completed on time.  He was great to work with and wonderful with follow up.  We did have one small issue after the job was completed but he came right out and fixed it for us. 

They charged for the cost of the disposal and $100 for the installation. They got out really fast and it was done in 45 minutes. There were no problems. It was fast and good. We would use them again.

They (2) arrived on time, spent about two hours and shower hasn't leaked since.

Jon's crew worked the graveyard shift, beginning at 10pm on a Friday, so as not to disturb the other tenants in our building. They were prompt, quick and tidy - and careful with their work. I have worked with Jon and his crew on many residential projects (I am an architect), and their craftsmanship and demeanor are always top notch. I recommend Gravity Plumbing to all of my clients and always hear great things back about their work. Jon is prompt and honest and charges fairly for very high quality work.
