I?m incredibly disappointed with the work that was done at my property. Mine was a clear case of underbidding and miscommunications. The good: nice people and they did do a lot of work. Just not everything they bid on. Bad: the front yard of my house looks worse. We knew we were being fit in but they seemed to be in a hurry. They focused on one aspect. Overcharged a known addition to compensate for under bidding and still didn?t do the clear away that they were supposed to do. If his tractor couldn?t do the work he just didn?t do it. They were supposed to clear back an entire field and he stopped half way and said he was done and then he left the downed brush despite an email I had stating they would remove or burn the brush as their costs. When we pointed out the miscommunication it ?was what it was?. We spoke many times about what we wanted done - it shouldn?t have been a suprise. Again they did a lot of work but I?m upset they didn?t fulfill the terms. Would not recommend.

The actual wok was water mitigation and installation of French drain. Not only did they do a great job installing the drain and putting the yard back together but they found the source of the problem. I had the area dug up twice by other companies who found nothing except ground water, but Aaron and his crew found a broken irrigation pipe. They did the repairs and along with the drain it looks like things are totally solved. Excellent work, very friendly and I truly felt they wanted to resolve tho issue. It was a long day for them but I very happy itâ s fixed!

I was extremely happy with the guys at grade X construction. They were available right away to do the job I needed. They came on right on time. They were so efficient putting in a foundation for my shed. A job I just knew I wouldnâ t be able to do on my own. They knocked it out in 2 1/2 hours. And it was worth every penny for the good job that they did!

This is a family business with lots of experience. I found them to be helpful, quick to determine what was needed and capable of some pretty difficult stuff. They worked in the rain to repair my storm drain system and came when they said that they would. They own their own equipment and I think this helped keep costs down. I found them honest and personable, and the price was very competitive.

Aaron and his team were great to work with. They completed a French drain in one day, and left the yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. The cost seemed quite reasonable for the amount of work done. They also replaced my old broken fence panel accessing the side yard. I appreciated their hard work, and highly recommend them.

They brought in some gravel to help prepare for a shed going in. They did a great job of grading it and the price was very fair.

Aaron helped me imagine and execute a backyard concept that is incredible. What was once a wet, no usable space is no the feature of our home. Turned out amazing! Aaron was on time, responded timely to questions, met our agreed upon budget, and finished the work above expectations. Highly recommend their services!

Aaron has to be one of the most straightforward and honest contractors I have ever worked with who does incredible work. He and his crew move fast to get the job done and will even go above and beyond what is expected. I would recommend Aaron and his crew to anyone because of how good of an experience I had with them.

Aaron did a great job moving dirt and preparing my site. Was efficient, on time, and affordable. I will hire him again for future work.

Very professional and experienced company. We have a steep sloping backyard that they were able to regrade and step. Great experience and definitely recommended.
