The three workers that came to do the job was great...But the salesman that first came to give us the estimate was very rude to me, he was fine was the general contractor. Then three days after the work was done we received a Certified letter saying that the contractor had eight days to pay or they would put a lien on our house. Between the Salesman and the letter I would NEVER recommend this company.

Four Star Insulation were good. It's his wife and he, and she does the office work and he has a few guys that do the work for him. They were pretty responsible. When I called, he came out again to check the insulation when I noticed that there was no snow on part of my roof. They say there is insulation there and to call them again at the next snow.

They came in one day prior to us having our roof done and vaccumed out the bad insulation. We had pests that got in and made a home in our attic and the insulation was bad. They removed all insulation and came in after the roof work was done and installed new insulation in about an hour. They laid plastic down and were very professional about working in the house.
