Installer was on time and did a great job. We were told it would take two days but the job was completed in one day. The project also involved moving our furniture during the install.

Frankie confirmed the job planned. The work was completed quickly The crew walked me through the project when it was completed and vacuumed. The carpet was tight and beautiful, with no signs of irregularity from the "lumpy" sub-floor. Very professional work!

It went fantastic! Micah Watts, the owner, was an absolute blessing to work with. Just a true professional in every phase of our project. The best way I can describe it is that they were like the Nordstrom of the Flooring and Carpet business to us. There were two other stores we checked out prior to contracting with Micah and from the very first meeting it was clear who we were going to go with. Our remodel turned out amazing and we absolutely love it. You can tell they service some high end clients but they treated us as we were just as important. You can tell this company is very well ran and Micah sets the expectation for his staff by the way he deals with clients. Couldn’t be happier and they definitely superseded our expectations.

Everything went great. We needed to tear out old carpet and find a durable and nice looking floor for our basement finished room. Customer service was exceptional. Tyler was super helpful in making the process low-hassle for us--he came to the house first to give a bid, then again to show us flooring options, saving us a trip to the showroom and helping the process move a lot more quickly. He also worked with us on the price to help meet our budget by thinking about materials and finding a discount we were eligible for. Prices of course are higher than if you go with something like Home depot, but their prices were comparable to or slightly better than other estimates we obtained from high-quality flooring companies, and in any event the great service made it a good deal to us. The installers came as scheduled and did a good workmanlike job, including handling a problem with the uneven basement floor as a matter of course. Tyler came back to see the finished job and get feedback and gave us a few suggetions on how to address some other issues we want to address in the future. We will definitely use them in the future if we have other flooring needs. Very pleased with the quality of customer service and the result.

Flooring America of Oregon was great to work with. Last spring I had some flooding in my finished basement due to a sewage backup (ew), and wanted to replace my laundry room linoleum flooring as well as a small area of carpet. I bought this Big Deal on Angie's List, hoping it would cover the cost (which it did). My goal was to pick a linoleum that was relatively inexpensive but looked nice, and matched my current colors. Flooring America of Oregon was quick to respond and come out to my house for a quote, helped me find flooring that fit my existing color scheme and worked within my budget. The actual installation day was a breeze - they sent me a reminder email the day before, showed up right on time, and completed the work a bit faster than estimated. Everyone I met both in person and by email was friendly, professional and timely. The work was about a year ago, and there have been no subsequent issues. They were great, and I would use them again.

We had an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked into the store, to Caleb's visit to measure and prepare an estimate, to the installation on in January, everything went smoothly and we are VERY happy with the result. The installation had a small hiccup. The carpet originally brought to the house was the wrong one, but the installers checked with us first, and we saw that the name on the end (though similar to ours) was not correct, and the carpet did not match what we remembered our carpet to be. They took it back and returned later that day with the correct carpet, and got it all installed. I feel like they handled it very well, and we were in no hurry that day so it all worked out fine. They did a great job, and the carpet is just as nice as we had hoped - very plush and appears to be very well installed. We can't see the seam unless we get down on the floor and search for it - and that's only because we know where it is. We are incredibly happy with this. We're slowly redoing all the floors in the house, and we'll be using Flooring America for all of the rest of the rooms. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We bought this house four years ago and have had a lot of work done on it - electrical, plumbing, excavation, construction and more. Of all the services we used, this carpet installation has been the most professional, and the most hassle free. It was done right the first time. I wish all the companies I've used had been as thorough, careful and competent. And they were just plain nice to work with.

The 2 employees that were sent to do the repairs were at my house trying to get prepared to take the subfloor up in order to find a water leak and remove the damaged floor & sub floor before they got very far they ran into rotted wood one was a large beam . they called me in to see the condition of the wood then called their employer. they spoke to their employer then told me they could not do the job. I had to hire another contractor at this time I had already paid $125.00 for $600. work credit and $500.00 cash they did not do any more work till the other contractor put in the new subfloor and main floor at that point the AMERICAS flooring guys came back and installed the vinyl tile and base board. this is a very small bathroom so I estimate 3 hours tops. so for approximately5 to 6 hours work I paid $1225.00 then was billed another $82.00 now I am still looking to pay that much and more to the second contractor.

Replacement went well, had some rot which was not expected but reasonably dealt with. If I had to complain, they said it would take 3 days...took 1!! Install went smoothly even with the unexpected issue.

These guys were great. The initial estimate visit was timely, informative, and very helpful. Visiting the storefront to pick out a carpet was easy and the staff was very helpful. Installation was quick and painless. The reason I am giving them all A's is because the carpet we picked was out of stock, and so over email we settled on a very similar carpet instead. Once it was installed, we instantly knew we had made a mistake and the color was not going to work. Flooring America has a satisfaction guarantee, and so we contacted them and they not only replaced it withing a few weeks, but allowed us to pick a different carpet from a different brand that was slightly more expensive than our original choice at no extra cost. Every interaction with them was courteous, prompt, and very customer friendly. We will definitely use them again.
